Cable rewind

Tidies the cable away for easy storage. Many Simac irons feature a wind round cable storage to keep cable neat and tidy.

Constant refill

Constant refill irons heat small qualities of water in a boiler constantly refilled from an easily refillable reservoir As a result they are quicker to heat up and can be topped up as required at any time without needing to let the unit cool down.

Dual metal soleplate

The unique design of the soleplate on the Simac SX7500D Generator Iron is designed to smooth the fabric as the iron is moved over the fabric and provides a larger surface area for quicker ironing.

Scale Filter

The in line scale filter ensures that lime scale is removed from the water prior to heating

Soleplate

The soleplate of the iron is heated to ensure that the steam does not condense on its surface and to assist with the ironing. With a steam generator iron however the steam does the work not the surface temperature of the iron which is kinder to fabrics and much quicker at producing first class results. Simac Steam Generator Irons come with optimal soleplate design for application of steam and easy of use.

Steam Cleaner Tools

Steam cleaners are a very versatile appliance and a selection of tools to complete a variety of jobs is therefore important. Most steam cleaners come with a floor and carpet cleaning head with a mop cover and a squeegee to clean windows. A selection of smaller brushes and steam concentrator tools make cleaning smaller items and nooks and crannies quick and easy. Stream cleaners are ideal for these jobs from cleaning the oven, cleaning the stained grout between tiles or floor coverings, even down to cleaning the alloy wheels on the car. Ensuring that the steam cleaner of you choice comes with a good tool selection will make your cleaning quicker and simpler.

Steam Output

Stem output is measured in grams per minute is a measure of the amount of steam delivered. In general terms the more steam delivered the better.

Steam temperature

Steam in the boiler is produced to temperatures of up to 150 C and delivered to the iron or steam cleaning head at between 110C and 120C to ensure perfect sanitation. The high temperature kills household dust mites and denatures their allergens and denatures pollen allergens.

Variable steam Output

Variable steam output allows the user to vary the amount of steam depending on the task and fabric.

Vertical Steam

Vertical Steam refers to the vertical steam outlets that feature on most Domotec and Simac Steam Generator Irons. The vertical steam forces the "dry" steam into the fabric removing creases without excessive pressure and without making the fabric wet.
